About the Speakers
Justin and Ruth McKeown are a leadership development couple from the United Kingdom, based in Almondbury, West Yorkshire, England. They are the co-founders of Mission Group, established in 2011, a company specializing in leadership and team development.
Ruth was born in England and moved to Scotland as a teenager. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching from the University of Dundee, Scotland, and worked as a professional teacher in schools across both Scotland and England.
Justin was born and raised in London. He holds a degree in Corporate Communications and Psychology from Leeds, England, and spent years working at one of the world’s largest independent communications consultancies before founding his own company.
Since establishing Mission Group in 2011, Justin and Ruth have dedicated their careers to developing world-class leaders and teams. Their work has taken them to 41 countries, where they have taught, spoken, and facilitated leadership development programs, helping individuals and organizations connect with their possibilities and unlock their full potential through effective communication, leadership, and teamwork.
